Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. An order is confirmed once we accept your purchase order, signed quote, or payment.
Supply orders may be cancelled at no charge before they ship. Services may be cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled start. Special-order or custom items may not be cancellable once ordered from the manufacturer; we will tell you in advance if an item falls in this category.
Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first for return authorization. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery and will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Opened chemical products cannot be returned for safety reasons unless defective.
If you are not satisfied with a service, notify us within 48 hours and we will re-perform the affected work at no charge. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will issue a fair partial or full refund.
Deposits are refundable if an order or service is cancelled per this policy, less any non-refundable costs we disclosed before you paid.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
